Who We Are
Whitefields Harvest Ministry is a Christ-centered evangelical ministry committed to the proclamation of the Gospel, discipleship of believers, and the transformation of lives—especially among youths.
Founded in Sierra Leone, the ministry is led by Rev. Theophilus & Mrs. Alice Baimba, with a burden to see a generation rise that knows Christ, lives for Christ, and carries His message into every sphere of society.
We believe the harvest is plentiful, and God is calling faithful laborers into His fields. Our ministry exists to respond to that call by raising believers who are rooted in Scripture, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to advancing God’s Kingdom.

Our Approach
Whitefields Harvest Ministry was formally launched after three days of prayer and fasting, when God confirmed a mandate already at work through Rev. Theophilus Baimba. Anchored in John 4:35 and Matthew 28:19, our ministry exists to respond to a harvest already prepared by God.
Our approach is Gospel-first and discipleship-driven. We proclaim Christ boldly, walk intentionally with believers, and equip youths to become agents of spiritual and social transformation. Everything we do is prayer-led, Spirit-directed, and rooted in Scripture, combining compassion with action.
Whitefields Harvest Ministry is not a new idea, but a continuation of a calling—stewarding faithfully what God has already begun.
